We couldn’t be happier with our experience using Paws Across America to bring our 8-week-old golden retriever puppy, Bruce, from Utah to California! Kacelyn, our flight nanny, was absolutely AMAZING. We met our puppy girl at LAX and it was seamless thanks to Kacelyn, her flight nanny! Kacelyn was in communication with us throughout the process. On the day of her take home day, Kacelyn even provided us with pics of our little girl before boarding her flight! The timing of her arrival was as expected, we always knew where they were at every step of the way. Kacelyn let us know of small flight delays, when they landed, and when they expected to meet us at baggage claim. Meeting our little one for the first time was perfect! We highly recommend the flight nanny service for anyone who is unable to pick up their puppy from Utah.
